Description:
LibreOffice uses the wrong dictionary on a german system.
Actual Results:
LibreOffice start up with the english dictionary.
Expected Results:
LibreOffice start up with the german dictionary.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
When creating a new document on the desktop occurs the bug.
I have a germen OS and LibreOffice is in german, but the dictionary isn't in
german but in english. I write in german and not in english.
