Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Open the Mail merge
3. Add a database in step 3
4. Go to step 4 and check 'Insert personalized salutation'.
5. Writer something in General salutation textbox
-> The previous shows the personalized salutation. If the personalized
salutation checkbox is disabled, then the general salutation is previsualized,
thus, general salutation should be disabled in personalized salutation is
enabled
