Description:
The pattern editor paints pixels that should be blank.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to page editor, page styles, background editor of drawing objects
(something to which a background pattern can be applied)
2. Select Area
3. Select Pattern
Actual Results:
Pixels that should be in white, are colored in black. Or foreground color.
Expected Results:
The pattern design to edit.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes

Tested in a clean install:
