Description:
The download fails and says I have insufficient rights, even though I am signed
in as administrator. Also, the download removed the previous version of Libre
Office, resulting in not being able to open essential spreadsheet files. What
is the fix for this problem?

I can'r reproduce the problem

Nothing

the update should have loaded !!!!!
