I have updated to version 6.3.3.2 and the problem is still there. If a Writer document is open at the same time, that freezes also. I don't know if it is relevant but the files that I have been using when the computer freezes are password protected. I also use Firefox and that is often open at the same time and also crashes when Libre freezes. I have not had the opportunity to try 6.4. The program seems to work OK with just Open CL enabled.
