This is interesting discovery. I can confirm: With the numbering I get: Introduc/on(1slide) Without the numbering I get: Introduc/on (1 slide) Indeed, the problem with the whitespaces disappears. This problem with whitespaces is related to the numbering format. I was able to reproduce the bug in OS X 11.0 (999.4) standard viewer when copying text missing spaces. If you remove the numbering and go through all the steps again, the error disappears.
