Sample XLS
This is XLS version of XLSX bug 126133.
Attached is XLS saved in MSO 2013 from XLSX attachment 152445.
Chart axis titles are in the wrong position, both vertical and horizontal.
I'll mark Inherited, for right charts, although left chart axes were fine in OO
and LO 3.6. Both are wrong from LO 4.0 to 7.0+. I will not set regression, but
I'll ask for bibisect for left charts.
