I recall these days I encountered the same issue under Linux - I was building the bibisect repo myself with a automatic script, everything worked fine before, but one day recently it showed error message telling me in order to use nss support I need to install ninja-build. I installed ninja-build, then everything goes fine. I tried delete an user profile and LO still doesn't start. I can't switch an UI language because LO doesn't start now.
