JUST AS SIMPLE AS THAT !!!

Thx, really good thinking!

By unchecking the JAVA environment flag it works smoothly.
THX AGAIN !

Maybe you should consider NOT setting the JAVA environmont as the default
during installation ?

I've marked thus bug RESOLVED, as I think we're through.

Info added as requested.

I also include a screendump of the forever looping traceback - FWIW.

I've tried every available version of
LibreOfficeDev_7.[0;1].x.x_Linux_x86-64_deb.

All versions do crash.

The version 6.5.4.1 works fine.

2020-06-21 Thread bugzilla-daemon
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=134072

--- Comment #8 from René Lagoni Neukirch ---
Today I tried the most recent issue (I think):

master~2020-06-20_02.11.24_LibreOfficeDev_7.1.0.0.alpha0_Linux_x86-64_deb

but it still crashes.

The user profile (by the way) has been "reset" as it is a completely new
installation ...

Well, I now understand, that I'm not allowed to flag an error neither as
critical or major.
But it is critical, though.

Tried to reset the user profile as requested - this is more likely a Windoze
type of work around than a Linux way to do things - I think :-)

Anyway, and still

All the LibreOfficeDev7... versions I've tried do crash.

The same .odt opens allright in v. 6.4.5.1

Also tried on the fresh as of today

but, unfortunately, this version crashes too.

I installed

master~2020-06-18_14.08.32_LibreOfficeDev_7.1.0.0.alpha0_Linux_x86-64_deb
with the da help- and lang-packs.

Unfortunately LO stille crashes.

I run Debian Bullseye (11) on both a Lennovo laptop and a Medion pc.
Both are fully patched.

I can't reproduce it in

Version: 7.1.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 41d75ee814d71513922a12fae82f2e7eecbcd5f5
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.19; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ ?
You can install it alongside the standard version.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the master build
