I update my installation to

Version: 7.0.4.2 (x64)
Build ID: dcf040e67528d9187c66b2379df5ea4407429775
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19042; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: de-DE
Calc: threaded

and can not reproduce the issue. I unchecked the checkbox "Check Force Skia
Software" again and it is still ok.

Somehow it is fixed between 7.0.0.3 and 7.0.4.2

A new major release of LibreOffice is available since this bug was reported.
Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice
from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.

Created attachment 164127
  --> https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=164127=edit
minidump from process explorer

When I renamed my user profile, Libreoffice did not start at all. I could see
the splashscreen and then only a white window. When I check with the process
explorere it consume 25% CPU constantly and it stuck amdocl64.dll

I created a mini dump with process explorer. Maybe it helps.

When I start it with --safe-mode, then it start. After that a normal restart is
again not working.

When restort the old user profile, it start again but show the reported issue.

Then I start it in --safe-mode and set "configuration" > disable hardware
acceleration and restart it. After that it start normal. Skia is set to use
software renderer.

With the software renderer I don't have problems and with my original user
profile also not.

I don't know exactely the english description, becaue I use a German
LibreOffice.

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
