You can see now int he image, this is now read-only, and I can NOT reproduce
your bug.

I can confirm it with 7.0.1 and the latest master.

@BogdanB: in your video, the file was not read-only initially, in that case the
bug does not appear.

I can NOT confirm this. In my case it is working.

Try this solution: Help - Restart in Safe Mode - Restart - Factory Settings.
Eveything will be like a new install. (in fact without a Safe Mode, you new
installation could be affected by old installations).

Actual result for me

Surprisingly, the file should be read-only for the bug to reveal itself.
Everything becomes normal if the file gets read and write mode.
