https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=136490 --- Comment #8 from Telesto --- (In reply to Heiko Tietze from comment #7) > Portrait vs landscape has enough difference to not need an indicator. Same > is true in most cases but why not change the color of the page separator > line? Would be not too obtrusive but help in rare cases. Alternatively I > could imagine dotted vs dashed lines. The relevance/scope is slightly lager: * You can set next page style in organizer tab (isn't set a page break level); so different page layout but not in Paragraph Text Flow tab * There are page breaks with and without page style attached * With a ODT to DOCX conversion you get quite a number of new styles (attached to page break) not present in the original ODT. Exact the same page style can result in quite a number of converted page styles -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

Page 4 = Default style. Based on? Paragraph Style -> Text Flow -> No. Next Page 4. Page 5 = Not default page style; looks like it. How to detect. Click in the document Status bar or sidebar.. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=136490 V Stuart Foote changed: What|Removed |Added CC||vstuart.fo...@utsa.edu --- Comment #5 from V Stuart Foote --- Umm, isn't this exactly the function of the Navigator -> Styles -> Page Styles tab? It gives direct visual indicator of which page style has been applied to the page holding current edit cursor focus. Paragraphs, and therefore pages with no page style assigned, take the 'default page style' as defined in template, or as the style is modified with direct formatting. And, assigning a page break but making no page style selection will follow the page style 'Next style' value--which for standard template 'Default paragraph' is 'Default page style' . https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=136490 --- Comment #2 from milly texas --- https://quotesjin.com/love-of-my-life-quotes/ Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves. Carl Jung Any fool can criticize, condemn, and complain but it takes character and self control to be understanding and forgiving. Dale Carnegie Never do today what you can put off till tomorrow. Delay may give clearer light as to what is best to be done. Aaron Burr All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them. Galileo Galilei You don't need strength to let go of something. What you really need is understanding. Guy Finley Everyone hears only what he understands. Johann Wolfgang von Goethe To understand the heart and mind of a person, look not at what he has already achieved, but at what he aspires to. Kahlil Gibran Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood. Marie Curie https://quotesjin.com/health-and-wellness-quotes/ Don't believe what your eyes are telling you. All they show is limitation. Look with your understanding, find out what you already know, and you'll see the way to fly. Richard Bach You do not understand even life. How can you understand death? Confucius Furious activity is no substitute for understanding. H.H Williams If we are to live together in peace, we must come to know each other better. Lyndon Johnson A matter that becomes clear ceases to concern us. Friedrich Nietzsche The reality of the other person is not in what he reveals to you, but in what he cannot reveal to you. Therefore, if you would understand him, listen not to what he says but rather what he does not say.
