Suppose it's not really a bug since it's a usual way for LO as the same is observed if you copy data from a docx file. The "Copy Properties" pop-up dialog box is from the "Ditto" windows clipboard manager application, showing data in the Windows clipboard is available in 3 format, CT_TEXT, CF_UNICODETEXT, and Rich Text Format.
