Description:
Prior to 7.1, I could set the color mode to gray scale on a photo and then
alter the RGB values to produce a tinted photo. I see no such feature in 7.1
for that.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch LO Draw
2. Drag a picture onto a page
3. Change the picture's Color Mode to grayscale
4. .... no RGB values to tint it with

Actual Results:
cannot tint photo

Expected Results:
tint photo


Reproducible: Always
