For just getting THIS information from you in THIS reply, filing this bug has
been worthwhile. Thanks a lot, this bug can indeed be marked as RESOLVED.
Thanks for clarification.

Why would there need to be some "conversation" visible somewhere? Contributors
(either volunteer or ones employed by companies) work on what interests them.
Not because somebody would tell them to (unless it is a paying customer that
does it).

In this case, the company I am contracted to work for was interested enough to
join Apple's Universal App Quick Start Program and get one of those Developer
Transition Kit machines, and I was interested enough to work (mostly in my own
time, for fun) on making LibreOffice build for macOS on Apple Silicon using it.
No public "conversation" or bug number was involved.

And no, there is nothing to download yet. It is still not clear whether
Collabora Office of LibreOffice Vanilla will be the first one in the App Store
to be provided as a universal app. (As to what plans TDF might have, I have no
idea.)

OK. I didn't know that. Which bug number or conversation reflects that? I've
not found any bug in bugzilla, which is about that, that's why I've filed this
one, because I've thought, the cause, that such builds so far don't exist,
because there has to be done some work, several adjustments and patches to make
LO capable for beeing build for macOS arm64 architecture and in succession
arm64 binaries.

If it already *is* capable und just has to be build without any further
adjustments/patches, then all right, then this bug really can be marked as
resolved, as you marked it before.

I can download such a build where?
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ to date doesn't provide one.

I've splitted the bug intentionally. I hope, my explanation above clarifies
that.

But it *is* possible to build LibreOffice master for macOS on arm64. Has been
for some months already. If you want help in building it yourself, Bugzilla is
not the right place to ask for it. Come to the IRC channel. Or use the mailing
list.

You also filed a different bug asking somebody (TDF?) to provide arm64 or
universal binaries for macOS, so presumably in this bug, "support" means
something else than providing such binaries? Please explain.

_Not_ for some value vague term "support".
But in the sense of non-vague, very clear _natively_ Non-Rosetta Apple Silicon
(arm64) support.

It does, for some value of the vague term "support".
