See yet another GIF where I compare all settings from 100% up to 200% (my Windows allows up to 350%) with a constant window size (relative to the monitor size, i.e. same pixel count). The window size does not affect the resizability, a full screen window has the same rane of motion as a tiny one. Can you confirm that with 100% scaling the problem goes away?
