Start Center and Options Dialog have English terms in a German LibreOffice.
Look at the screen shot. The menu items are in German, but all others are in
English. UI, local and default language is set to German and German help
package is installed.
I see the error in Version: 7.3.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community
