            Bug ID: 142977
Summary: table border format issue when adding a row after last
                    row
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.3.0.0 alpha0+ Master
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: rob...@iafrica.com

Description:
Table border formatting is such that outside border is different from inside
borders.
When I add a row to the end of the table, the new row's top border is not
formatted as internal borders are.
Workaround: add row before last row, do not use tab bout of last row to create
new row.
Importance: irritating. requires extra work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a table
2. format borders
3. type into table, tab on last cell (bottom rhs)
4. adds new row

Actual Results:
new last row formatting not correct

Expected Results:
Writer should have changed border between (previous) last row and (new) last
row to be consistent with rest of table

Reproducible: Always
