These were added in commit https://git.libreoffice.org/core/+/a80eefb7413245f81692c443b06f7d3a6a92f28c%5E! for bug 84502 so that sidebar decks can be reached with a keyboard shortcut. Consequently these strings are visible in the Customize dialog - Keyboard tab.
