Had you > tried adding a shortcut for Writer as that is what you were asking about in > this bug? I just tried to modify* this shortcut with same "Shift-ESC" (deleting after inserting again) and I not sure if It's a new bug or part of it. I'm a beginner here. *"If I delete key and insert again ...It not work too." I wrote this earlier - comment 3. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=144063 --- Comment #10 from steve --- Good point, I did not realize this and I doubt many users will understand the logic of this dialog, but that is another story I guess. Going to Tools > Customize > Keyboard and selecting "LibreOffice" I do see the shortcut "Shift + Esc" for "Search Commands". That shortcut is not set when selecting "Writer" at the top right of the dialog. So the behavior you are seeing is very much expected I would say. Had you tried adding a shortcut for Writer as that is what you were asking about in this bug? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=144063 --- Comment #9 from rij...@protonmail.com --- I made a mistake when inserting the first image - it was just the text. How I see the expected behavior of this window. --- Selecting the Libreoffice item.| ---> |I'll change Shortcut Key for all LO | --- --- Selecting the Writer item.| ---> |I'll change Shortcut Key just for Writer| --- I came to this conclusion when I saw "command+c" Shortcut Key inside both (Libreoffice and Writer). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 144063] LibreOffice shows Shift-Ecs assigned to "Search Command"... Doesn't work
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=144063 --- Comment #6 from steve --- Not sure I understand that customize dialog. But when I search Functions for "Search Coommands", the function "Search Commands" is shown while Keys remains empty. So this would indicate no shortcut is set for this function by default. Again, the dialog is not clear to me, so if someone provides steps how to assign a shortcut, could try that. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
