Successor to OpenGL GPU hardware accerated rendering. While Skia/Raster is software rendering with Skia libs but with the GPU hw acceleration disabled. The checkbox needs to be called software rendering, because that's the UI name for it. The about dialog is inconsistent with it, but that section of the about dialog shows technical info and Skia/Raster is the technical name for it.
