Please clarify how you upgraded and copy info from LO-Help-About. You may stay at 7.1.5 but when you upgrade to 7.2 if this repeats you should do as indicated in bug form: User Profile Reset. You may delete or temporary rename user profile directory. Thinks happen, see bug 143823. Even trying to insert small jpg file in a document gives the same error message.
