Assuming Windows use default Colibre and no Hi-DPI so probably the file is https://github.com/LibreOffice/core/blob/master/icon-themes/colibre/vcl/res/fatcross.png Comparing this to the screenshot, I can see differences in shadow darkness and some extra pixels also.
