It is not clear what the issue is.
Test doc C10 cell holds "=SUM(--ISNUMBER(SEARCH("Кумыс",A2:A6)))", so assume
the Ctrl+Shift+Enter is local specific for "Recalculate Hard"? Though simple
would refresh.
But isn't the needed syntax for doing the string search here:
=(COUNTIF(A2:A28,"*Кумыс*"))
And this is NAB?
