Description:
Track changes record: a single row of a table still visible even after table
deletion (with show track changes disabled)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. insert a 2x2 table
3. Track changes -> show disabled
4. Track changes -> record enable
5. Place cursor in table and press delete table button (a table row still
visible)
6. Turn track changes - show on
7. Turn tack changes -> show off (now the expected result is shown)

Actual Results:
Single row of the table still visible

Expected Results:
Table should be invisible
