Additional information:

a)after having saved document effect vanishes for shapes that already exist
a1) Newly created shapes after save show complained effect
b)No obvious DUPs found with query

normal User Profile:

Square and circle can only be moved to vertical, horizontal of 45° direction

Seems that all shapes with defined width height ratio are effected.

Writer is not affected
