Thanks for the report.
Looks like you are using the "LibreOffice dialogs" instead of GNOME's. It's
probably best to use the ones that match your OS.

Can you please:

- update to a recent version of LO (preferably 7.6)
- test with a new profile
- make sure the option "Use LibreOffice dialogs" is off in: Tools > Options >
LibreOffice > Open/Save dialogs
