For any document or when just opening LibO from its desktop icon. It does not happen after waking up from hibernation. This is a hard bug, and occurs every time the PC is rebooted. It does not occur until the next reboot. It's not a game-changer, but is extremely annoying. I have tried removing the user profile, but get the same behaviour. The problem occurs when opening a document which already exists by double-clicking on its desktop icon. Noting to do with creating a new document.
