Talking about undo, the current behaviour started with the same bibisect result
I got for bug 129813 just now. The earlier behaviour was not correct either,
though.

CF it's part of the cell format, so when you cut the cell, you cut the content
and the cell format including CF.

Instead, you can copy first and the use delete-key to delete cell content.
