I cannot reproduce this issue on any of my computers, both in Linux and Windows. I think this may be related to the way OpenSuse packaged LibreOffice. For instance, the screenshot you uploaded (attachment 182739) is not the Paste Special dialog we have in Calc (Ctrl + Shift + V). I'm running the default versions from the tumbleweed repos. When installing tumbleweed you get the option to use kde, gnome, and some others. I selected gnome when installing and I don't have a full kde installation. I tried renaming my LO user folder (~/.config/libreoffice/4/user) and running with SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=kf5 but the problem persists.
