Thanks a lot for your answer. I have disabled all accessibility tools, but the issue still occurs. Regarding the graphic driver, I get "UI-Render: Standard" when accessing the "About info". I have also tried to disable "HiDpi daemon" of Pop Os, but there is no difference - the lagging is still there.
