Yes, one of them is Winword.exe. The other one is Artificial Intelligent Host
for Windows
But I think I know the problem. When opening a .docx file, Word detects an
error and shows an error message box. But that message box is not always
visible. When I close the error message box, the next time opening the same
.docx with Writer works fine.
This one is not a bug. Thanks for your time.

What's the name of word services? Do you mean winword.exe?
