I have searched the web and examined the file markup. The file itself contains only the string "123". It seems, that this option is only a display option of the application, but not an information in the file. If you copy your first cell numbers and past it in a simple text editor you can see this: ۱:7 – 5 (you typed one in Persian code and seven and five in Latin code).
