Hi AvidSeeker,

As ady described, the wrap text feature is operating correctly - as it is a
choice to operate this way not a bug per se.

In order to achieve the behavior you desire, you can remove the attribute and
apply it again after changing the width and wrap text height and width will be
applied correctly.

I see that in sheets wrap text height adjusts immediately upon width changes,
however in excel it does not.

You could perhaps submit this as a feature request as it has pros and cons.

* The action to wrap the text is applied at the moment you select the
attribute, and it depends on the width of the cell at that moment. If you
change the width, you can remove the attribute and apply it again in order to
obtain the _text_ wrap accordingly.

* The Wrap Text attribute is for the content within the cell, not for the size
of the cell. These two are independent, as they should.
