I can't confirm the issue because I don't have a similar printer that provides
such a format. In my testing, even though my printer does not support such a
format, it make the content fit on a landscape A4 page by default ("Automatic"
orientation), so seems to behave properly as your template uses Landscape
orientation for the Page Style (I tested 7.5, 7.6 and master).
This might be specific to this type of printer, I see someone else has the same
issue with a Brother QL700 in bug 154959.
I will mark as a duplicate, confirm the bug there, and can you please test
earlier versions to see when it started, for example 7.4.7.2 at the bottom of
this page? https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/
