Sheet that does not allow chart Data Ranges to be changed

Problem description:

I was updating a sheet daily by adding a column and saving in .xls format.
After a while I noticed that the daily changes were being discarded without
warning - this is a bug itself.

I tried Save As .xls and did receive a warning that there were too many "rows"
to save in the chosen format. Actually, it should have said "columns". So I
changed the format to .ods and saved.

Once created I noticed that the additional columns that I was adding were not
updating the the charts so I attempted to inspect/change the Data Ranges.
However, the option to change Data Ranges was not available in the charts.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached sheet.
2. Right click on chart.
3. Click on Edit.
4. Right click on chart again.
5. There should be an option to edit Data Ranges.

Current behavior: Data Ranges cannot be edited.

Expected behavior: To be able to edit Data Ranges.

Platform (if different from the browser):

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:7.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0.1
