I tested table creation by design view and form creation for said table by wizard. Rows are created, saved, and persisted across invocations of Libre Office. However, it might well be a user profile corruption problem, or else one of those hard to nail down Java recognition on Windows problems. I don't see the problem with the LibreOffice 3.3.2 package under Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick Meerkat), although that's not exactly the same release.
