The performance in 5.3.0.0.beta2 is somewhat better, but it still is
suboptimal: on my Core i7-4765T with GeForce GTX 750 Ti I have about 2 FPS when
scrolling the test case.

Also slow: using chart helper to get the primitives from the chart is good, but
then should be buffered e.g. at the SwOLEObj...
The load of the chart itself and 1st creation makes initial showing slow, but
at least only shown charts (visible directly after load). Checked with zooming
out and saving a copy of this one.
Checked that the charts are saved containing a preview in the ODF in
ReplacementObjects. These are just Metafiles, but could potentially be used to
fasten load and 1st rendering more. This would need a combination of first
using that (if available), setting up LoadInTheBackground, invalidate when
available, all the dependencies and secure lifetime/messaging.

More looking at the sample doc from comment 16, the charts have fat lines,
these are currently not really fast drawn on linux systems. Not sure about the
table stuff, need to take a 2nd look later.

Still reproduces with 4.4.2.2 on Ubuntu Precise. What's interesting is that if
I select only some or all cells of the table in test case 64271, then there're
no lags. But when I select the whole document, the lags are present.

I tested attachment 64271 and attachment 72478 under Ubuntu 10.04 x86_64
running:

- v3.3.0.4 OOO330m19 Build: 6
- v3.4.6.2 OOO340m1 Build: 602
- v3.5.7.2 Build ID: 3215f89-f603614-ab984f2-7348103-1225a5b
- v3.6.7.2 Build ID: e183d5b
- v4.0.6.2 Build ID: 2e2573268451a50806fcd60ae2d9fe01dd0ce24
- v4.1.4.2 Build ID: 0a0440ccc0227ad9829de5f46be37cfb6edcf72

In keeping with comment #4, comment #8, and comment #10 attachment 64271 did
not exhibit any kind of scrolling lag in any version. I think this bug is
therefore essentially about attachment 72478 (chart objects), which in 3.3.0.4
scrolls quite slow, in 3.4.6.2, 3.5.7.2, and 3.6.7.2 is slower again than
3.3.0.4, and in 4.0.6.2 and 4.1.4.2 is noticeably better than all prior listed
versions, although still lagging.

Summary amended for clarity. There appears to have been a mild performance
improvement.
