I have to place a header at the top of the page. The header on the title page is different than the subsequent pages. Everything seems to work fine when I save a[nd] close the document. However, when I reopen the document, the header is missing from all pages except the title page. Don't know about this other person but I'm using v3.6.3.2 in Windows 8. I'm saving in both .doc and .docx format and having the same problem with both.
