FWIW The process it is referring to ended up being an instance of launch4j, which is a JRE launcher. On the other hand, it takes about 5 seconds on my desktop. I don't think that I have a 60x faster desktop than you, so you probably run a virus checker or similar resource hog in the background. I don't know, why installer was blocked by a running Java application. It is not logical. Installer pauses when it has to overwrite a file in use. But LibreOffice does not install JRE.
