Jochen: if you reproduce the crash with last LO version (3.6.4), don't hesitate
to reopen this tracker.

I couldn't reproduce the reported problem under Linux (LibO 3.6.0.4). I have
made an extra uninstall/install, too. 

Possible fix for the reported problem: 

On Windows, in a Command Prompt window enter rmdir /q /s
%appdata%\LibreOffice\3\user\extensions
 After that, please restart LibreOffice twice.

This is not a valid bug report.

I did a quick test, NOT reproducible with Server Installation of  LibreOffice
3.6.1.0+  English UI/ German Locale [Build-ID:  b0aac2a] on German WIN7 Home
Premium (64bit)  {tinderbox: Win-x86@9, pull time 2012-08-11 00:16:39}:

0. downloaded Extension
1. Launched a.m. LibO Version 
2. Installed extension from LibO Start center Menu 'Tools - Extension Manager
- 
   Add - librelogo-0.1.oxt - Only For Me with all checkboxes in this 
   dialog checked).
3. Close LibO
4. Launched LibO
5. Startd WRITER
I see LibOLogo toolbar.
 No crash

Also NOT reproducible with LibreOffice  3.5.6.2  German UI/Locale [Build-ID:
e0fbe70-5879838-a0745b0-0cd1158-638b327] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) 

I asked user who observed the problem for more info on
us...@de.libreoffice.org (Jochen did not observe the Problem!)

I asked Extension author to observe this bug
