Even if you didn't change anything in your profile, could you rename your LO directory profile and try again? (see http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile) As soon as I upgraded to 3.6.1. I didn't install anything else. It worked once and then, it started crashing each time I tried to start it for no apparent reasons. Even uninstalling and reinstalling it didn't work. I don't recall touching fonts and extensions since I upgraded (expecially since I don't use these options (or rarely in the case of fonts)) and I never used the user profile as far as I can remember.
