Sample showing problem

Following up on Bug 35916  I notice that the 'extrude' option no longer exists
but that we can still 'convert to 3D'.  And that text follows what rotation
options still exist.  Good.

On conversion to 3D the text in an object becomes very boldened, and difficult
to read.  See sample document.
