(Win7 Home, 64bit), only under very specific circumstances reproduced by the following steps: 1. Open WRITER with English language setting 2. Write any text (e.g. Test) and press the Enter Key 3. Insert any image (e.g. from a file) 4. Right mouse click on the image and select CAPTION 5. Write any text in the field CAPTION (e.g. Image) and now the caption is shown below the image 6. Save this file and switch to German language settings of LO (TOOLS - OPTIONS - LANGUAGE SETTINGS - LANGUAGE = German) 7. Open WRITER with German settings 8. Put the cursor before the entered text from step 2 9. Select QUERVERWEIS (CROSS-REFERENCE) from the menu EINFÜGEN (INSERT), go to the tab QUERVERWEISE (CROSS-REFERENCES) and select the type ABBILDUNG (ILLUSTRATION) and select KATEGORIE UND NUMMER (CATEGORY AND NUMBER) and choose the inserted image and press INSERT 10.
