Ok,
In that case there should be an option of 'PINNING' important documents.
Because as all files of all LO applications are recorded in history, history
list gets populated rapidly  document keeps moving downwards in list 
disappear frequently.

Hi pharmankur,

Thanks for your report.

It is an essential part of LibreOffice that the modules work integrated. I.e.:
one does not have to start Calc in order to start or open a spreadsheet: you
can do that while working in any file.
In the same line, users will expect that they may open recent Writer documents,
while working in Calc. Etc.
So I think this intentional behaviour really will not be changed.
