          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 74212
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
Summary: VIEWING: Ghost letters appearing after pasting from a
                    web-page
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Windows (All)
          Reporter: zrou...@gmail.com
          Hardware: Other
        Whiteboard: BSA
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.1.4.2 release
         Component: Spreadsheet
           Product: LibreOffice

Created attachment 93040
  --> https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=93040&action=edit
a scrscreenshot of some red garbage text that does not apper in the cells,
loading takes ages

Problem description:

Steps to reproduce:
1. That step is a though one, because I do not know, how the issue started. I
probably copied some entries from my online-banking web-page (commerzbank.com)
and pasted them into my Calc sheet.
2. ....
3. ....

Current behavior:
So, I see some ghost letters (XML?), when opening my sheet, see attachment.
They disappear after some time. But overall my sheet is loading way too slowly
than other spreadsheets. It is loading slowly, although it is only data and a
single plot to display.

Expected behavior:

I would like to get rid of the unnecessarily contain in my sheet. Sometimes I
can recognize a "http://..."; string in the red-letter-chaos, but that is
nothing to be awaited among the text in the cells.

I tried to export to MS Excel, but the red contain is export too (no red text,
only grey items). Converting the XLSX back to ODS does not remove the garbage.

Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.1.4.2 release
