This bug has been in NEEDINFO status with no change for at least 6 months.
Please provide the requested information as soon as possible and mark the bug
as UNCONFIRMED. Due to regular bug tracker maintenance, if the bug is still in

Thnaks for the request for more detail. I have no idea how I can do this
although I understand what you are saying from a developers point of view. From
a user point of view what happened is a complete nightmare. The programme seems
less stable saving in .docx. I'm very happy to talk with someone about this. My
details are below.

I have no idea how I can do this although I understand what you are saying from

we need a test file where the issue can be sistematically reproduced.
otherwise this bug report is too generic and there's no way a developer may
investigate and provide a fix.

set status to NEEDINFO. revert it to REOPEN when you can provide a test case
