As a user, I agree with Wotan: it is annoying to have the legend limited to the
width of a small picture.
However, I have noticed that LO 4.3.0.2 appears to behave accordingly. Whoever
fixed (or tried to fix) it, a big thanks!

Hi Wotan,

Well i think the correct behaviour is fine. When a frame is created, the width
of the image is set to 100% the width of the frame, so when you resize the
frame, it automatically changes accordingly. And when you resize the image, it
sets its size as a relative size according to the size of the frame, so if you
changed the frame after that, it will auto resize the image to retain that same
relative size.
