The original DOCX file and its Writer-saved RTF version in Word 2013 and
current Writer

It looks mostly okay in current Writer, but quite bad in Word: the red
rectangle comes to the front from the background and the blue rectangle is
moved to the right by a few cm.

REGRESSION. To do so:
1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your
bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from
http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/

2. Test your bug
3. Leave a comment with your results.
4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo';
4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword

I had a similar situation with trying to supply just the first page from
libreoffice's exporting to RTF by deleting all the pages and that resulted in a
50mb file. :) I think it must be due to stuff related to the TOC still being
there.
