Have you ever used bibisect? This tool could be very helpful in aiding you in
tracking down when the builds stopped working for you between 4.3.3.2 and
4.4.0.0

I jumped onto another PC running Fedora 20 which I seldom use this has 4.2.4.1.
Print to file - no problem

So I installed 4.4.0.0 beta2 and I can recreate the problem.

When I get time later today I will set up a VM running linux mint and see
whether the problem persists

Repro steps:
 I select print
 print to file
 select the relevant page  (page 5)

File - Print (opens dialog)

Under 'General' tab, set Pages to 5
Under 'Options' tab, check the box for 'Print to file'

Then click the button 'Print to file'.

 specify a file name in my Downloads folder
 writer locks up after I hit save

NOREPRO with LO 4.4.0.0.beta2 + Ubuntu 14.04

Yes, it's a known flaw of the current bugzilla instance. You can correct it by
clicking on the Details link next to the attachment entry, and then on edit
details, and fix the MIME type. I'll do it this time.
